Mississippi State lands 5-star defensive end

Mississippi State landed a monster signing today when Jeffery Simmons put pen-to-paper.

Most people considered Simmons to end up at Ole Miss or Alabama, but Simmons shocked the public with a commitment to the Bulldogs.

BulldogBlitz.com believed that MSU had a better chance than everyone thought but projected him to end up at Ole Miss.

Simmons' commitment will certainly jump Mississippi State up the Rivals 2016 team recruiting rankings. They sat at No. 37 before his signing.
